1. A design fee of £20 is payable (cash or cheque only) at the end of the initial consultation meeting, should you decide to progress to the design stage. This fee covers a maximum of 6 samples. Should you require additional samples, then these can be sent to you at a cost of £2.50 per sample. If the initial consultation is not face to face, then receipt of £20 (cash or cheque only) will be needed before samples can be sent to you. The £20 design fee will be deducted from the final cost of your stationery (if over £200), if you choose to use Miss Poppy Designs. ”We” (Miss Poppy Designs) respectfully remind you that all samples are unique, and the design element belongs to Miss Poppy Designs.
  2. When a design is agreed on, we will send you a final proof for checking. When we are in receipt of your signed and dated proof, Miss Poppy Designs will invoice you for 50% of the total cost of your order. Only on receipt of your payment, will work commence.
  3. On completion of your order, we will notify you and request the remaining 50% of the total cost of your stationery (minus the initial £20 design fee if relevant). Once all monies are received, your order will be despatched. You will receive notification of despatch date by telephone and email.
