How to order:

1) Download an order form, either "bespoke" or "existing"
2) Fully complete with as much information as possible
3) Post completed form and payment (in form of cheque made payable to "J Barber" to the following address: 22 Rushmore Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 2DJ
4) On receipt of your order, I will either email or call you with confirmation of your order
5) Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of order to despatch of card.
